Key Responsibilities:
- Service and support operations for coding and marking printers, as well as related consumables.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective after-sales service delivery.
- Oversee product installations and execute preventive maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to reduce equipment downtime.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation to ensure compliance and facilitate knowledge sharing.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B service roles, ideally within the printing, packaging, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Solid technical proficiency in servicing and maintaining industrial equipment.
- Good communication skills coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
