Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth for printers and related solutions within the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training, ensuring high-quality post-sales support.
- Monitor market trends and collect actionable insights on competitor activities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed defined sales targets and performance benchmarks.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales data, market insights, and performance metrics to senior management.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3+ years in a sales management role.
- In-depth understanding of the Packaging Industries, industrial sector mainly Electrical, Automation, Inkjet industries, Electrical transmission.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive a nationwide sales team.
- Familiarity with industrial products, machinery, and solutions, with the ability to engage in technical sales discussions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging both B2B clients and dealer partners.
