Key Responsibilities:
- Drive service and support operations for coding and marking printers and consumables.
- Ensure superior customer satisfaction through prompt and effective after-sales service.
- Conduct product installations, user training, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize equipment downtime.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Analyze service performance metrics and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and enhance overall service quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B service, preferably in the printing, packaging, or industrial equipment
- Strong technical expertise in handling industrial equipment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage customer requirements efficiently.
